The process was very easy from beginning to end. Nigel was easy to deal with, quick responses and very knowledgeable. I could not recommend this company more! Nigel was wonderful from start to finish. We had some tricky windows to fit and another company had told us we would not be able to have plantation shutters due to this. But Nigel offered solutions which still gave us what we wanted. We also had a small glitch which was rectified in person within a few hours, so their after service is great too. We are also extremely pleased with the results, the shutters look great and feel nice to use. Thank you Nigel and the team.

What can I say, got home from work today and wow.
